Board Certified for 23 Years!
My name is Beth Flint and I have been Dr. Copeland’s Patient Care Coordinator for the past 2 years. It’s been a wonderful journey so far, full of great friends, invaluable knowledge and very good times. I enjoy seeing happy patients and helping people realize their plastic surgery dreams.
First of all, if you commented on my trivia question on Facebook, here is your answer: Dr. Jeffrey Copeland finished residency in 1987, making this year his 25th in practice. HOWEVER (this is where the trick part of the question comes in) he received his Board Certification in 1989. This November he will be Board Certified for 23 years! That’s quite an accomplishment.
Of course, he continues his education yearly by taking part in various courses offered by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). The combination of years of experience and continued education, insuring that he is up to date on all the latest advances in plastic surgery, make Dr. Copeland an obvious choice for any patient looking into reconstructive or cosmetic surgery. At least that’s how I see it!
In the weeks to come I hope to offer tidbits of information in a blog setting, approved by Dr. Copeland, of course. I come across questions each week that plague many minds. Botox, Juvederm, Breast Implants, Tummy Tucks…all great subjects to shed light on, so feel free to send your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org for future blog topics!
